How to Lose Weight Fast Without Much Effort
Set realistic weight loss goals The first step to losing weight fast is setting realistic goals. While losing a few pounds can seem like the end-all of weight loss, it’s important to keep in mind that losing weight is an ongoing process. More importantly, it’s an expected process for most people. When you set weight loss goals too high, you’re setting yourself up for failure. Instead, set your weight loss goals at a reasonable level and be realistic about your progress. It’s tempting to set a goal where you’re only a few pounds away from your “ideal” weight. While this goal may seem achievable at the time, chances are that you won’t reach it. If you set a goal that’s too high, you’re more likely to give up and accept that as “the way things are” instead of taking small steps toward change. This can lead to added stress and frustration, which may cause you to give up even earlier than you otherwise would have.
