Dear world,
Why is mental health so stigmatised? Why are we not talking about it more publicly? Why is it that we have always struggled in silence and secret? What is it with this world that we just cannot crack? Are we destined to be shunned and abused, misunderstood and left out, blamed and scapegoated, lost and found, made assumptions of and not believed, named and then abandoned?

MY HORRIBLE 4 YEAR COPPER COIL EXPERIENCE
I had the T-safe copper coil in between June 2015 and May 2019. For those four years, I experienced myself getting steadily sicker and sicker, and descending into what I thought was madness. At first I did not connect the dots, nor know what was causing it. I was experiencing symptoms that increased in intensity as time went by, with no framework of reference to realise the coil was to blame. Like most, I had chosen the copper coil due to the fact it was a highly acclaimed non-hormonal birth control method, and all of the reviews and cautions centred only around having heavier periods, and a bit more pain.

Cancer: The Forbidden Cures
'The truth is often right in front of our noses. It is so close that we cannot focus on it... There is no such thing as 'the' truth. Truth is not something you can think of possessing. Truth is search. Truth can only be found by stretching the limits of your horizon, by widening your way of thinking.'

Why Personal Agency is the Antithesis of the Establishment
Sovereignty necessitates personal agency. A sovereign being is fully responsible for their own choices for their body, environment and medical procedures. Personal agency doesn't make for much cash or control. It's essentially the antithesis of the establishment. I remember partaking in all kinds of invasive procedures and allowing for control over me and my choices before I claimed my own sovereignty.

SMALL BIT OF GAS LIGHTING THAT IS A BIG DEAL
A child asks 'why aren't we changing the channel,' or 'why are we eating this and not that,' and is given a response like 'there are no other channels that post anything else' or 'there's no other kind of food available.' A few hours later, or at any later point, the kid passes by and you're eating that thing or have changed the channel to something different they were told didn't exist.
