Step up your food game When you want to lose weight, your first goal should be to increase your daily food intake. By simply doing that, you’ll make it a lot easier for you to shed some pounds in a short period of time. For example, if you’re currently consuming 2,500 calories a day, then you need to bump that up to 5,000 calories to lose weight. Why? Because the average person burns through 2,500 calories a day. And, if you want to lose weight, then you need to increase the number of calories you’re consuming. The sad truth is that most people don’t increase their food intake because they believe that they don’t have enough time in the day for it. But, if you’re willing to spend a few minutes at the start of each morning, before you get too busy, you’ll be surprised at the result you get.
