Find yourself?
You know what I hate... I hate the saying, "I need to find myself." Really? I mean, where on earth did you go outside yourself? You are who you are, there is no escaping that reality. You are you. Unless you have been body snatched by aliens and your mind is now out and roaming free of your body.. then yeah.. I mean then you need to find yourself. Otherwise, you are who you are.

The Divide
Why are you mad? Don't say you aren't mad. You are, even if it just a little bit. When was the last time you went an entire day without getting pissed of at something you heard on the radio, t.v. or internet? Can you remember a day where something didn't get under your skin? Did you spouse leave socks on the floor next to the dirty clothes hamper? Were your lucky undies in the dirty clothes on the day of that really important interview?

Do I dare?
Do I have what it takes? Will they read what I say? Did I leave the oven on? How many questions fly through your mind every time you take a chance? If you are lucky, one, maybe two, and they are something powerful and meaningful like "Who the hell can stop me?" or "Why wait another second?" Yeah... those are good questions... they are getting you somewhere. Not gonna hold you down. Good for you. Me, oh I get more than one or two.. I get dozens. "Why would anyone read my stuff?" "Who do you think you are?" "I mean really, did I leave the oven on.... I baked pizza... burned my finger... said some pretty words... um... did I... ?"
