Cindy Williams is an American actress best known for her role as Shirley Feeney in the hit TV show "Laverne & Shirley." She was born on August 22, 1947, in Van Nuys, California, USA and grew up in Northridge, California. After graduating from San Fernando Valley State College (now California State University, Northridge) with a degree in theater arts, she worked as a stage actress in the Los Angeles area before transitioning to television and film.
