The Hotel
It was becoming a long week for Sarah; these business trips were not all that fun to go on, but she had no choice in the matter. She is the best market research advisor her company has and so they send her on all the business trips. She was going to be leaving for home the next day so after her meetings were all done she headed back to her hotel to have a few drinks at the bar and people watch before she went up to her room and packed for the trip home. The bar was not as crowded as she had seen before, so she found a booth in the back and ordered a dirty martini. Not long after she sat down with her drink did a man come over to talk. He was a tall man with a handsome face and a body of a god, Sarah could tell he was trouble, but she didn’t care because she would be gone the next day anyway. He asked to join her introducing himself as Jake. Jake was a contractor who was in town also on a business trip and was looking for some company before he went back home, he saw her from across the room and had to come over.

The Train
Lee boards the train not really knowing what is waiting for him, he just thinks about the business trip that he is taking and how long it's going to be; he finds an empty cabin and puts his bags away wishing for the time to fly by, so he can get off and go. Waiting has never been one the things that Lee is good at and he sits down and waits for the five-hour train ride to be over; this will be the ride of his life and doesn’t even know it yet. The next four hours fly by, only slowing when the train stopped to pick up new passengers. At the four-hour mark the train does its usual thing to stop for new passengers, only this time it's different. A woman with dark brown hair looking to be about 5'7'' gets on and goes right to the cabin that Lee is riding in, she poles her head in and Lee sits up straighter and takes notice of her big brown eyes. Jen, her names is Jen, asks if she can sit in the cabin with Lee complaining the other cabins are too noisy and that she just wants to find a nice quiet place to sit and rest.

The Strangers
The day seemed to drive on for a long time, but Jane can feel something coming, she isn’t sure what it is or when it will arrive, but she is very unsure about whatever it is that is supposed to be on its way and is getting a strange feeling in her gut. She finally gets off work and proceeds to walk to the train station where she takes a ride uptown to her apartment, she likes riding the train because she can be with strangers without feeling that she had to make conversations with them. As she gets closer to the train station the feeling in her gut gets intense like she is getting closer to the big thing that is on its way; the train ride is nice, but she kept feeling this pull to one of the cars on the train, she tries to ignore it, but the feeling is too strong, and she cannot fight a losing battle anymore. Finally, Jane gets up and begins to move towards the source of her uneasy feeling, the closer she gets the more unease she feels coming to her, she reaches the car and takes a step inside.
