These negative impacts can include physical symptoms like headaches, digestive problems, and high blood pressure, as well as mental health issues like anxiety and depression. Chronic stress has also been linked to a higher risk of developing chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. Overall, prolonged exposure to stress can have a detrimental effect on our physical and mental health, and can significantly impact our overall well-being.
