Lines of Destiny: Samina's Journey to Self-Discovery
She was an innocent girl. Born in a family where the birth of girls was prohibited while boys were given importance and daughters were considered as shoes for their feet, due to such discriminatory treatment by the family, she became a victim of inferiority complex and weak-minded. All the children were busy playing, but she would sit in a corner. Since the family could not understand Samina properly, she would be scolded and scolded, while instead of understanding them, she would start crying. Her condition was such that she would become afraid of even her own children. She could not even go out of the house and play with them.
