Our First Night. Content Warning.
It was a late, cool winter evening. Just leaving the movie theatre. Wondering where the night would take us. Holding hands, as we walked to the car. Laughing and joking about the movie we just saw. I looked into your eyes as you smiled so beautifully. I couldn't get over how amazing you are. The softness of your smile. The squinting of your eyes as you giggle. The way you look at me, with such calmness. As if I were the release you needed.
