'SLAM!' (Incoherent swearing) 'SLAM!' (Incoherent swearing) 'SLAM!' (Incoherent swearing) You wouldn't think that a trip to the grocery store would include slamming of freezer doors or swearing... but that's where I found myself, fuming, at the end of my search for a frozen chip that didn't include canola oil or chemicals. I was just trying to find a non-gene altering, chemical-free frozen chip brand for my youngest child who was in the throes of a hot chip obsession.

My Chemical-Free, All Natural Get-Well-Quick Kit
I don't get sick very often, about once every 3 or 4 years, but when I do, it's usually a bad respiratory infection. Eww! When I do get sick my brain doesn't work very well. So, in writing this article, not only is it for you, Dear Reader, but I will also use this to refer back to when wildly unwell and in brain fog land!

Winning With Coconut Oil
As I sit here and write, my mouth feels FRESH from having just brushed my teeth with coconut oil. Yep, I start the oil pulling process by brushing. Its really quite weird that an oil can freshen the mouth, but it does. It also seems odd to get an antiseptic feeling from something that doesn't smell antiseptic. I didn't believe it until I tried it. Remember to add a drop of oregano oil or similar for extra antiseptic dosing.
