In this hassles of life we often forget the real purpose and meaning of our existence, which is spending time with our ownselves, taking care of ourselves, to be authentic. POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING! Does this sound simple ? It is actually simple and no rocket science. It’s just matter of how you take a control over your mindset , your thoughts during trying times which definitely comes from the practice. Your body reacts to how you think. Thoughts can take over your physiological reactions towards the people or the situations completely changing your perception and action .
