Wulfwyn’s Blōdbōc (Part 1). Content Warning.
I stole this book when I realised I would long outlive my memories. For decades, I had only scraps - parchments, loose papers, even the backs of market receipts - bundled together with string, fading as quickly as the ink itself. At first, it seemed enough. But it soon became clear I would need something more permanent. A true record. A proof that I had once been more than the monster I have become.

The Watching Hour
My first four years at St Denis’s Hall Boarding School were idyllic to the point of cliché. The grounds were beautiful, the accommodation exquisite, and both staff and pupils were friendly and engaging. I didn’t miss my family too much; it was easy enough to build a new one among my classmates. Some students weren’t cut out for life at St Denis’s, and so there was always a churn of fresh faces - coveted vacancies were filled immediately from the lengthy waiting list. Though the schedule was gruelling, every day felt like a fresh adventure.

Zodiac Eyes
Astrology has enthralled humans throughout history, it’s something that is shared in many cultures and is something that humans turn to when they need comfort, inner knowledge or a way to bond with others. Whether you love it or hate it, it’s a long-standing tradition that continues to remain fresh and relevant across every time period, due to its ability to mix and adapt with other interests. So I decided to mix it with my makeup infatuation!

Fate & Feathers
The bizarre bird had outlived everyone in the town for centuries, then again, it was sometimes difficult to separate fact from fiction when it came to Drudgeville’s most curious oddity. That hadn’t stopped me from trying though, I’d been just as obsessed with the myths and legends as I was with the facts, even before I inherited the huge Macaw and the minor celebrity that came with it.

Meet 10 Surreal Artists Who Are Bringing Your Nightmares To Life. Top Story - November 2021.
Terror aficionados across the globe know that true horror is about so much more than the obvious dark, gore-laden atmosphere that you’ve come to expect from the genre. It can be conveyed through many different mediums, such as light and colour; so that a bright scene with one minute but glaringly askew detail can suddenly change and take on a more sinister tone.

If 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show' Makes You Scream-Sing Your Lungs Out Then You Need More Rock Operas In Your Life
I first watched 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show' as a child thanks to having a cool mum, and I became quite obsessed with it. My mum used to own the soundtrack on CD and played it constantly, so even though I only watched it a few times I knew all the songs and lines. I began watching it more as a teenager and I really loved everything about it, and this time I had the added bonus of the internet. It was then that I realised how many other people loved it too and how much of an important and iconic part of pop culture the movie became since its release in 1980.

I Trained An AI To Make Art (And You Can Too!)
What Do Robots Dream About? The first time I saw a piece of AI-created art all I could think about was how badly I wanted to play around with an art bot, the possibilities seemed endless and my inner art nerd just wanted to tinker and explore. I have no idea about AI technology, so while I really wanted to play around with an artificial artist I knew the chances were pretty slim - I can’t code that well and I wouldn't even know where to start. However, I was inspired to create a robot helper character for my website, just to incorporate some fun elements into my work, like 'The Best Damn Story Generator Ever!' I named it PopBot and lamented in the fact that it would never be more than a character design.

Turn Your Old Shoes Into Wearable Art For Under ÂŁ20
Like a lot of people, I love shoes and have a fair few in my collection. But I rarely have the money to go out and buy a nice new pair of shoes, especially since a lot of the time I'll only wear them once and put them away at the back of a cupboard. One day I decided to combine my love of crafting with my shoe collection and discovered how to revamp a pair of old shoes for under ÂŁ20! Painting your shoes is a great hobby and it gives you beautiful, unique shoes that will be the envy of all your friends.
