MOM PEERS
Almost every woman around me, who is in their 30's,pass through a struggling phase. These folks find it difficult to find a balance between family, career and mental peace. Somewhere in the long journey they lose grip of physical and mental well being. As a mother of three toddlers, I too find it difficult to find the right balance that eventually affected my mental health. There are many valuable lessons that I realized over the past few years on how to deal with uncertain situations and maintain a stable mental state.

Truthful or Thoughtful
As per human nature every body advocates being truthful- Being truthful to every situation and everybody around us. Recently few circumstances pushed way for restructuring of ideology, where I finally ended up with a different slogan “Being Thoughtful”... This doesn't contradict being truthful but is more inclusive of humanitarian aspects of life. Being more empathetic.

Imagine this journey as a landscape, transforming and evolving much like the nature around us.
