Those that know me personally know that I have a hard time describing my feelings. I'm not incapable of having them. If anything I feel too much about a lot of things; I've been obsessing over timeliness and patterns and trying to avoid uncomfortable scenarios for the better part of a year (along with the rest of my life) - with little success.

Walking Meditation for Mindfulness
This meditation can be done during the morning or evening, or whenever the weather is comfortable. Before you begin, take a slow deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. If you are feeling any uneasiness, this can be done twice. Feel the air in your lungs - how does it make you feel? Is it cool, or warm? Notice how it feels. Try not to focus too much on your breathing during this exercise, let it happen naturally.

I can’t count the amount of times I’ve let out a sigh in the past two days. If I had to guess, my best guess is that I would have needed one of those clicker counters in order to tally them up.

It's going to rain for the next couple of days. The rain has been violent lately. Dark clouds, lightening, thunder. Every time it rains the sky threatens to fall down and crush us all - I would not be surprised if that happened at this point.

I've been down the YouTube hole several different times. I know what 'weird YouTube' is. That's something I don't have to get into too much detail about. Nobody really knows why YouTube wants you to watch certain videos.
