I am an author, oral storyteller, podcast creator, and founder of Vibrant Velvet Voice. I live in Homer, Alaska with my husband, comic artist, Brian Payne of Zinc Comics. I like to sew, play wooden flute and read. I'm a practicing Buddhist.
