Stepping down from Society
Whomever It May Concern I would like to officially submit my resignation to human society after careful consideration. Although it no longer reflects my values or meets my need to grow and expand, I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. The past 28 years have been full of ups and downs, and in the end, I think it's time to find a better job. I hope to apply as a witch because I have heard that the nearby forest is seeking new witches. Despite this, I believe I would be an excellent candidate to take care of an abandoned island. Because those will ultimately meet my requirements more effectively. I regret to inform you that I have been subjected to a great deal of mistreatment in my role as a 28-year-old woman in society. but not as badly as some of my fellow members of society. I hope they can also find something better for themselves. I'm getting sick of the environment's incessant racism, sexism, ableism, and general hatred. And since there are numerous organizations and advocates in the field, I can no longer sit back and feel powerless. Despite numerous attempts, I find that change is lacking and that my own voice on the subject is frequently lost. If you want this to work out in the long run, you need to make big changes. Given our past, these adjustments ought to have been made a long time ago, and we now run the risk of making the same mistakes again. One might assume that this was necessary for success given that my education and training identified this as a weakness and worked to make us aware of it. Society ought to seriously reevaluate this in relation to education and training as well. It has attempted to establish a learning standard, but ultimately fails itself. While various forms of education and training should be taken into consideration, there is a significant lack of information dissemination. I have witnessed the evolution of free knowledge and the dissemination of accurate information even in my brief time here. Sincerely, I believe that a group of baboons would perform a better job of knowledge screening than the people we have around. To be honest, it's embracing. I discovered just yesterday that many people are unable to distinguish between a lie and a fact. If not, the majority of them chose to believe the lie over the truth. In addition, I find that my coworkers lack compassion, integrity, bravery, morality, and character. Everything was promised. It would appear that those of us who truly possess these qualities are frequently pushed to the bottom of the hierarchy and made to perform the majority of the work. The leadership rarely adheres to social norms, yet they continue to play their roles and are unfairly rewarded for their inability to collaborate with others. And when they are asked about their flaws, they turn into the worst bullies you can imagine. They cannot seem to take any criticism or coaching. Instead, they mock others from behind computer screens. They use abrasive language and false information to promote online arguments. And they have been permitted to do so without consequence. It's absurd to watch, and these minor infractions frequently result in the retribution of good people. In fact, I could go on and on about this position's flaws. However, I will briefly mention them in order to save myself time that could be better spent elsewhere. Housing is too expensive, wages are too low, expectations are too high, and life is stressful. Despite the absence of a formal dress code, the expectations placed on me regarding how to dress and portray my body are absurd. Why is it so important to me what I'm wearing? And this isn't the only question that's completely out of place that I've been asked. I have been asked when I intend to get married, when I intend to have children, why I spend my money, and how I intend to be a "good member of society" while sporting tattoos. Again, it is seriously lacking for a place that takes pride in being forward-thinking and adaptable. I hope you now have a better understanding of my decision to leave. And why I'll be bringing a few members along. I can't honestly leave them behind. so that they won't be as disappointed as I was. I would hate to allow them to continue being abused. Therefore, I will without a doubt "poach" them from their positions. It is truly in everyone's best interest to part ways. I do not want the role to be reconsidered. I also do not wish for a change in my position or a promotion. To give myself and the other members permission to return, this location really needs to change. especially considering how detrimental it is to my health and wellbeing. There are hurt feelings between us, and I do not wish you the best. Sincerely,

Israel security cabinet approves plan to 'capture' Gaza, official says
According to an Israeli official, a plan to expand Israel's military offensive against Hamas that includes the "capture" of Gaza and the holding of its territory has been approved by the security cabinet. Moving the 2.1 million Palestinians living in Gaza toward the south, which could exacerbate the humanitarian crisis, is also said to be part of it. According to the official, it would accomplish the objectives of defeating Hamas and returning its remaining hostages, which is why Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called it a "good plan." A plan to deliver and distribute humanitarian aid through private businesses was also approved in principle by the cabinet. This would end a blockade that lasted two months and was blamed by the United Nations for severe food shortages.
