Elite and Tawdry - Chapter 16
The 20-minute drive was met with deafening silence. Twice in the span of a week, Tawny was being chauffered someplace by car. And even though this wasn't an abduction, even though she wasn't angry or fearful for her life, for some reason she was even more anxious sharing a space with Professor McCurdy than with Dylan and his hired goons.

Elite and Tawdry - Chapter 15
Tawny limped to the locker room after gym class. Her whole body ached from the barrage of dodgeballs. Ms. Roberts gave the entire class a scolding, but the damage had already been done. Tawny's spirit was broken; she had let the Evil 3 see her at her most vulnerable, and they had won.

Is Youtuber Zulie Rane Misleading Amateur Writers?
When I lost my full-time job in 2020, I explored the possibility of taking on writing jobs. Initially, I thought I had found a job as a writer for a mobile game app, the kind that places you in romantic, choose-your-own adventure scenarios. Elite and Tawdry - Chapter 12
"Tawny!" A flushed Maddie met an equally agitated Tawny at the doorway of their dormitory room. Tawny was driven home in silence in the same limousine that had abducted her. At least this time, there was no annoying Dylan to distract her: she was allowed to mull on her thoughts and the events that had transpired. The ride had helped to solidify her rage, her indignation at the injustice she endured.

What is Simily? I first heard about Simily from a user on Medium, and decided to give it a try for myself. Simily is a new writing site that hopes to cater to the market that Vocal Media and Medium have ignored but Wattpad has enjoyed for some time: quality fiction content and paying writers for the privilege.

Thoughts on the Changes to the Medium Partner Program
I recently posted a video about my “grand return” back to Medium. I discussed how the changes back in 2018 had spurred me to leave the platform. I had since had a change of heart and returned to Medium at the tail end of 2020, publishing a post that garnered over 30,000 views.
