Although she didn't like it, she still had to go to congratulate him. Fan: "I haven't seen you for many years, and you have become more talkative. One of the oldest reports comes from Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, where it is claimed that three women decorated the graves of men who had perished fighting for the Union during the Civil War in October 1864 by placing wreaths and flowers.
