Shadows of Obsession
Beneath the veil of infatuation, a myriad of emotions lay dormant. The fervent passion that fuels obsession is but one facet; anxiety and insecurity often lurk in its shadows. Though love may serve as its catalyst, it can also be credited with birthing fear and jealousy in equal measure. Obsession borders on madness - an addiction to someone or something so potent, rationality seems insignificant beside it. To surrender oneself entirely thusly requires immense vulnerability; yet still many do so eagerly all for the sake of gratifying their fixated desires.
