Lately, Iβve had the shakes. Itβs a rattle that starts somewhere and becomes a haunt so deep that I begin to tremble. A slow painful feeling. A paranoia from something, a gut wrenching that lasts far longer than it should. What is happening to me? I feel like I am burning from the inside out.
