Adventures Entry #2
Saturday, August 24, 2025 Yesterday, I drove to Elk Lake from SE Bend, which took about 42 minutes. Unfortunately, Bend was smoky from the Flat Fire (just west of Lake Billy Chinook and near Sisters), but the haze was much lighter at the Cascade Lakes. The weather was partly cloudy throughout the day and not too hot, which made for a pleasant outing.

Adventures Entry #1
Saturday, July 19, 2025 I had lived in Oregon since 2nd grade and, until now, had never been to Crater Lake National Park. Unfortunately, the Crater Lake Lodge was already fully booked for the dates I had in mind, so I planned a weekend stay in Sunriver at a cabin Airbnb with friends, centered around a day trip to Crater Lake since it wasn’t too far away.

Product Review: Brow Harmony Flexible Lifting Gel
Hello and Happy Spring! Most of the time I don't do much with my eyebrows. I wanted to try Rare Beauty's brow lifting gel as soon as I saw an IG post last summer. I love Rare Beauty already. I have a small eyeshadow palette and a lipstick that my best friend got for me a couple of years ago. But lately I've been absolutely digging the brushed up laminated brow look that's currently in. I don't think it's one that will go away anytime soon. I think it enhances your natural eyebrows so nicely, looking nicely groomed in a sense but without adding much.

Daddy Issues
How can your life be ruined even before you started? Maybe not ruined, but certainly damaged. Such a damaged human being from the start. I always felt disconnected from every person, but most of all, family. I would be the one who was a goody-goody, while my sisters rebelled. They always treated me like the annoying youngest sister. The only one who wouldn't go out. The one always upset. Always jealous and longing for love and attention.

Evening Thoughts
Sometimes I wonder what w'ere all doing here. We are just placed on this earth. Some of us have more freedom than others. Some of us born into rich families, others born into poor. Growing up and being in the real adult world can be shocking and exhausting. Sometimes even humanity surprises me and I don't think I can take it anymore, whereas other times I can be purely inspired by stories and kindness seen from people. Life and career just seems like a rollercoaster, all the time. Sometimes when it actually feels good and happy, something backfires only to reveal that it was too good to be true. What is the point? I don't get it.
