As a little girl, lipstick wasn't just makeup. It was an expression of my identity and a way to make a statement. As a teen in a private girl's school, lipstick was banned, and it made it that much more enticing to wear it outside of school. So much so, that I'd go for the deep red, the purples, and anything that shows that a girl with lipstick, just can't be ignored.
