How religion makes you strong in your workout. People underestimate the first chapter of the holy book, "In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God". This statement holds a lot of meaning as to why we should read the bible, it clearly tells us that the bible is God and that understanding the bible is understanding who God truly is. It's a blessing to know the Creator and Him to know you.
