A tale of regret

An overwhelming sense of sorrow and humiliation overtakes me as I sit down to compose this letter. I muster up the confidence to admit the fact that makes me feel so deeply guilty: I cheated on the most recent test. My voice shakes as I do so. I sincerely regret what I did, and in making this true confession, I set out on a path to atonement and personal development.
