During marriage the couple had a lot of problems and did not try to resolve it, the wife complained about everything and thus always after a day or two would go back to her parent’s house after arguing, the man wanted to make things work and would always bring her back somehow. The wife always quarreled over pity matters and thus resulting in her back at her parents’ house. The wife hated the husband’s parents as well and thus always quarreled with them as well. The matters started to get worse and worse and one-time elders of the houses had to intervein in the matter and thus the wife went back and at that time a child was born for a while thing were ok but later on things started to get worse again, the wife did not compromise at all and the husband tried his best but nothing worked thus he again asked for help and things calmed down for a bit in that time another child was born. The mother of the wife hated the husband and didn’t ask her daughter to ever compromise, that was also one of the main reasons why the marriage was not working because the mother of the wife was making the wife do worse things. The matter got so bad that one day the husband was out at work and wife quarreled with his mother and thus ended up injuring the mother’s head and she started to bleed, she took the children and went back home, thus the mother of the husband launched complaint in police as well the matter worsens and thus the husband ended up sending divorce to the wife. The next thing was the matter started to go to court the husband wanted his son back so he files custody in court to get his son back and then the wife retaliates and files suit for maintenance and recovery of dowry and in that she lists everything that was in dowry or even not in there but thus due to revenge she writes everything even a needle and a thread. The matter starts to proceed in court and then the court orders for child meet ups and thus due to husband and wife problems the children start to get dragged In courts, they miss their school days their family days, vacations they would have enjoyed with family but can not do that cause there is no more family and cases keep proceeding the evidence comes by both the parents lie to get what they want but what do their children want? Their two kids just wanted their family but they cannot get it because their parents hated each other. The question arises if they never liked each other why even have kids in the first place?
