AN INCREASE IN HEART PROBLEMS AMONG YOUTH
Heart attacks were generally a problem for the elderly. Adults under the age of 40 had a modest risk of having a heart attack. In today's world, one in every five heart attacks occurs in persons under the age of 40. Myocardial infarction, sometimes known as a heart attack, is the medical term for an artery blockage or blood clot that prevents blood from reaching the heart. Plaque buildup in the coronary arteries, caused by fatty deposits such as cholesterol, can unexpectedly impede blood flow to the heart and result in a heart attack. However, the majority of heart attacks are fatal, necessitating rapid medical intervention whenever they occur.Acute MI is a severe condition, and the increasing prevalence of it in young adults should be regarded as a red flag. Fortunately, with a little awareness, self-care, and a healthy lifestyle, you can reduce your risk of developing this horrible condition. Consult a cardiologist to avoid serious cardiac problems.
