APPEARANCE ARE DECEPTIVE!
Once in a small village, lived a little girl named “Rithu”.She is very innocent and born in a poor family where her mother and father were too old when she was born in an orthodox brahmin family .She was a smart kid who always get good grades in her school. When she was in fourth grade her dad retired. But still long years need to go and need to run a familyhood knows some mantras, So he decided to work in nearby temples as a priest. His salary didn’t even cross thousand rupees till his age reached sixty. Even Though they were financially too low, his love towards his daughter and wife was too big, even greater than ocean. After her fifth grade her father decided to give good education. So she went to a new city and she stayed in her aunt's home. While in her home she lived like a princess, but in her aunt's home she was not even treated well. They treated her like an unwanted chick. But instead of all the pressures she topped her school. Her parents missed her so badly, so they decided to stay with their daughter in the city. At Last they came to that city, they three lived in a rented home. Her father continued his temple work here. Years passed and she topped 10th and 12th grade public exams. Her parents were too proud of their daughter. But in her mind she always feels bad about her parents. She doesn’t even like their appearance. Both her mother and father have full of white hairs on their heads. Instead of feeling happy to have parents like them, she felt bad and inferior. One day her parents came to her school. Instead of feeling happy to introduce to her friends, she felt too embarrassed and shouted at them. But one of her friends named ”Priya” mingled casually with Rithu’s parents. Rithu was surprised to see that. So she asked Priya ”While everyone sees my parents as some detestable person, how did you become this much casual with them?”. Priya replied with a smile “I was born and brought up in an orphanage where none were there to show the love and care like your parents. Even though they are aged they are living only for you. Their love and care towards you was more than this world. But I have none to show this kind of love towards me. So always make them happy. Instead of blaming what you do not have, Just open your wide eyes and see happiness and joy of what you have in your life, while others longing for it”.Rithu became speechless for a moment. she realized how much stupid she was. From that moment itself she changed everything. She understood her father’s struggle and mothers love. She poured her whole love towards her parents. She understood her parents sacrificed their life to make her life better. She became more protective and took care of her parents with kindness, care and love. Finally they all lived happily ever after. So here Rithu was none other than me and priya was my friend who changed the perspective towards my parents in my life. This incident changed me a lot, made me a better person to live in this society as a better human being. This incident made me feel we don't need some mentor or guide who will teach life lessons' always have someone around us who might teach us great lessons with simple examples. This incident proved to me "best friends are always our life savers. They not only are our friends, sometimes they become our mentors and teachers who teach life lessons".
