A balanced diet can do wonders for your mood! Eating a variety of foods, especially those rich in vitamins and minerals, can positively affect how we feel. For example, foods high in omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon walnuts, are known to reduce symptoms of depression. When switched to including more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in my meals, noticed that I felt more energetic and less moody.
