Inspiration or Aspiration
Which comes first, the chicken or the egg? No matter how this topic is tackled, the question remains a mystery. Do you need to be inspired to aspire or do you need an aspiration to get inspired? The same holds true for the second question. Others may argue that in order to have a strong desire to achieve something, you must be inspired. On the other hand, some argue that for you to be inspired, you may need to aspire first. This is very much like the chicken and the egg question, right? There is no definite answer. Concerning inspiration vs. aspiration, the best course of action is to discover how to get people inspired, rather than focus on which is the right answer.

Tomorrow’s Happiness Begins Today
What does happiness mean to you? There's a lot of searching going on these days for the elusive emotion of being happy –where do you find it, how do you create it, even what it actually is. But I like to share a little secret with you — happiness is not just for a lucky few who were born with it. You see, happiness is not something you can reach out and touch or put in the refrigerator and take a sip when you need it. Happiness is not found on a beach in Hawaii (really!) or in a perfect body. It's not even in that perfect relationship that Tom Cruise tries to sell us in the movies. Yet from the images bombarding you every day, it's easy to make the mistake that happiness will arrive on your doorstep when you have the latest car, the best clothes, a fancy home, isn't it? It's easy to get caught in the trap of thinking that if you could just find the right person, they'd arrive with a box of happiness attached to his/her hip. But all this convince you that happiness is something to be found outside of yourself. And that's where you get off track. Because the secret is that happiness is simply a by-product of creating and living a life that works, a life that you enjoy — whatever that is.

Motivation can take you far, but it can take you even further if you first find your vision. Your vision will motivate and guide you on your journey to success and personal fulfillment. Trying to succeed at anything without first having a clear vision of what it is you want to accomplish will only lead to you going around in circles and eventually giving up in frustration. To develop your vision, you must look inside yourself. Vision comes from within, from the spirit or subconscious, whatever you choose to call it. Everyone has a vision that is uniquely their own, and you are no different, the hard part comes in understanding your personal vision and how it applies to your personal motivation plan. Your vision will most likely not come suddenly like some bolt of lightning out of the sky. Instead, it will grow from your experiences, talents, dreams, and desires, so don’t try to rush it. Instead, keep your motivation and allow your vision to reveal itself through you. Here are five steps you can use to effectively find your vision:
