Getting Lost in LOSS
We all suffer a loss during our lifetime, whether it is a parent, sibling, spouse, family member, friend, colleague or a beloved pet; the lingering effects seem to prevail over us. We become engrossed with the trauma of the moment and the memory which is overwhelming; leaving us lost while trying to navigate the profound impact on our bodies, emotions and brains.

You and Your Living Butterfly Effect
Most of us can acknowledge the incredible beauty of the Butterfly; it fascinates us, and we marvel at its delicately strong presence. The Butterfly can represent many things to us in unique ways that touch our personal journey throughout our lives. Butterflies are known to represent powerfully deep symbolism about life. Some cultures claim the Butterfly is associated with the soul and the Christian religion claims they are a symbol of resurrection. Also, many people from all walks of life see the Butterfly as a representation of endurance, change, hope and ultimately life.
