What if fate if conditional, not absolute?
What if fate if conditional, not absolute? What is down to fate and what is down to the decisions we make? It maybe that we are pre-programmed to a certain life (fate) but the following of that path is conditional on decisions we make at critical places along that path.

Reality against wish
Reality against wish New age wishful dreams should never be allowed to become reality The request is that we teach children that it is wrong to make fun of someone, it is wrong to exclude anyone, it is wrong to hurt the feelings of anyone, it is wrong to cause any pain, it is wrong to talk about people not present, (Not sure how you teach history without talking about people not present.) that love is not conditional.

Socialism in Britain 2024
Socialism in Britain 2024 Socialism at work:- A new socialist government has come in, elected with about one third of votes cast in a very low voter turnout. They claim amazement that the national finances are in such a bad way—yet, unless they are stupid, they, like everyone else knew the economy was still suffering due to global problems. They declare things so bad they must raise taxes and cut benefits to pensioners; a generalised group who are experienced enough to never vote socialist.

Democracy in danger
Democracy in danger Modern politics is harming voter participation Democracy used to be said to be government by the people for the people. Now that does not exist. Lies and deceit by political parties, is so common that the people just shrug and say, “they all do it”. There is not even great outrage at the discovery of deliberate deceptions. On the 4th July 2024 in Great Britian, an election was held. The socialist “labour” party won the most seats in Parliament, by a large majority but the voter participation was the lowest for 20 years, it is widely accepted that many votes were cast on the basis of the voter did not want the centre right party, the Conservatives also known as Tories, to continue in power. So labour won because of voter dis-satisfaction with the Tories rather than because they have better policies. This is not good for democracy.

Since we pay Tax why are charities needed?
Since we pay Tax why are charities needed? Are we paying twice for same thing? Charities do very good work. The point is not that charities do not do good work, but they should not be needed if government bureaucracies were efficient.

Extreme socialism contains its own destruction
Extreme socialism contains its own destruction Be very careful what you wish for. The basic idealism of the anti-capitalists, extreme socialist and communist political activists, is simple. You take all the wealth from group A (all those who have above average wealth now) and you share this out with group B (the political leaders and senior bureaucrats of the new government) and group C (all those employed by the state) and group D ( everybody else)

Urban and rural attitudes are different
Urban and rural attitudes are different City dwellers demand the environment suits them, Country people adapt Urban areas particularly Cities, are places where the environment in which the people live, is adapted to suit the needs and comfort of those people. Everything from the homes, workplaces and the infrastructure between them, is “forced” on to the landscape to make human life in that city more acceptable to those humans. Exposure to the natural elements is controlled by covered shopping malls, air condition and central heating in homes and workplaces.

A debate on the need for change in Britain 2024
A debate on the need for changes to Britain 2024 Here are some suggestions for consideration.:- Get back to democracy, change emphasis of governance from controlling, to freeing, make the people have priority over the needs for administration. Eliminate the power of self-appointed elitist groups who seek to impose their views- usually what is fashionable in the champaign socialist classes- on everyone else. These groups have control of some media platforms and of some of the “levers” of governance. The will of the majority must be accepted as more important than the views of judges and bureaucrats. Use referendums on controversial issues and make the results binding in law. Use modern technology for voting and so reduce cost and improve speed, ensure secret voting, ensure only those entitled to vote can do so. Proof of identity is vital to this. Until such a time as the education system can return to a politically neutral ambience, the voting age should stay at 18.

Why Britain needs to retain its constitutional monarchy.
Why Britain needs to retain its constitutional monarchy. The British royal family under attack because it matters. In an ever-changing world, we all need some bedrock to stabilise ourselves, we need some form of baseline, a belief or feeling that we can use to compare all else against. We all unconsciously view everything, and form every opinion, by comparison to the baseline. It is almost always unconscious, but our unconsciousness is condition by experience, training, and conditioning. Sometimes there remains an “intuitive” understanding, one not based on actual remembered experience but from some much deeper understanding.

Consideration of the direction society is taking.
Consideration of the direction society is taking. Is society developing in a sustainable way? In the “western” world, often called the developed world, (A term based on the economic standards of the viewer) and in the democratically governed nations, society appears to be taking a dangerous turn away from tolerance and towards the suppression of some views. A form of social fascism appears to be developing. This has nothing at all to do with ethnic or racial origins, it is about moral attitudes and “norms”.
