What is the peace and purpose of Sober Living
Sober Living in York IL has been around since the early 1980's as an outpatient treatment program for alcohol and drug addicts. In that time many who were "in recovery" have become clients and friends of Sober Living. This treatment is very similar to Alcoholics Anonymous. However, unlike Alcoholics Anonymous, addicts are not totally addicted to drugs or alcohol; they may suffer from withdrawal symptoms when they leave Sober Living.
