Anxiety in the Pandemic

Okay, I will go first. Sometimes embarrassment can keep me from telling the truth. The snide looks, hurtful remarks, the fear of judgement...from people you know, or if you are on social media, people you may not know. But, the truth of the matter, embarrassment is not my bully.
