The Bound
Bridge “Pont des martyrs”, Bamako (Mali, West Africa). A sailor discovers on his way a body hanging from the bridge. Babacar, a young police officer, arrives on the crime scene. Terrified, everyone awaits his confirmation: yes, the victim is indeed the son of the Minister of Justice - his name is Bourra. Immediately, Babacar goes to the office of National Police Director, Karim. Both close to the victim's family, Babacar convinces Karim to let him conduct the investigation, highlighting the skills he acquired during his time at the NYPD.
