The advancements in healthcare, societal shifts, and challenges facing the world all have an impact on the profession of nursing, which is dynamic and constantly changing. Problems with the Workforce and Nursing Shortage There is a worldwide shortage of nurses as a result of retirements, burnout, and a lack of new graduates.
