The Legend of the Ave Fenix: A Timeless Metaphor for Rebirth and Resilience.
The Ave Fenix, or Phoenix, is a creature of immeasurable elegance and strength which dates back to the centre of much ancient myths and cultures. Symbolic of rebirth, renewal and persistence in the face of adversity, this long-lived bird with its dazzling feathers and mythic roots serves as a potent icon for one of the most resilient and inspiring concepts in human history. "The Emotional Spectrum: Green & Red"
Colours are an important mean of expressing the myriad emotions that traverse through our human spectrum. ""Echoes of Deception".
The Memory Collector I’ve always had a fantastic memory. Clear as crystal, sharp as a scalpel, 100 per cent accurate. Favourite moments are etched indelibly in my mind, every detail imprinted indistinguishably from the next. It’s both a blessing and a curse, really. All those smiles preserved in their full glory, but heaven knows all those humiliations and heartaches and calamities are all there too, preserved in their full glory as well. I sometimes wonder if forgetting wasn’t itself some kind of mercy.

"Fragments of Now"
Sunlight shines through leaves. Wind rattles secrets in the branches. I remember grandmother’s hands kneading dough. The scent of cinnamon flows over time like sand through fingers. What is this feeling of memory falling? Falling … floating … bird call echoes and hollows; drums its rhythm inside my ribcage heartbeat syncopated with distant traffic; the city breathing in and out with people forever rushing every which way. why? Clouds morphing into dragons, castles, faces melting across sky blue forever endless like possibility or regret, both churning together like a sip of coffee on my tongue bittersweet like the taste of goodbyes, unspoken words hanging in the air heavy as summer thunderstorms waiting to break open flood of emotion washing away all pretence leaving raw truth exposed vulnerable beautiful terrifying exhilarating alive alive. Every cell is alive singing along with atoms in the universe rhythmic dance of breath exhale inhale like everything is nothing now then forever fleeting eternal and paradox of existence. WE ARE ALL ONE BREATH ONE HEARTBEAT ONE MOMENT THAT IS INFINITY ALL AT ONCE TIME IS COMPRESSED EXPANDING MEANINGLESS AND MEANINGFUL SUN AND MOON AND STARS EXPLODING IN SLOW MOTION OVER Aeons.

Relationships Define us in his World!
Our course of events is shaped by our friends, family, and colleagues; relationships define us in this world. Among these interactions, friendships usually have a particular place since they provide a haven where we might relax, have fun, and get understanding. While this is a profound, sometimes disturbing truth that many of us finally face, the same individuals we depend most on—our close friends—may also turn into our deadliest foes.
