Why I Love Rock Star Biopics
Recently, the film industry has released several films based on the lives of famous rock stars, most notably the films Bohemian Rhapsody, The Dirt and the upcoming Rocketman. Now, some may be upset, either wanting new and original stories to be told or that some information is fabricated for the film version, but I am not either type of person. Honestly, I absolutely love hearing stories about famous figures and their lives. I love rock star biopics and await each future release of these types of film, and there are several reasons why.

Survivor: Edge of Extinction Finale and Reunion Show
Wow! Such an epic finale! First off, that beginning challenge, awesome! Watching those 11 fight to get back in was so epic all the way to the finish with Chris, who waited 28 days to return finally getting back in the game, just amazing. Then, realizing how much the castaways who lost, both new and returning, learned about themselves and felt thankful for the experiences that they received while on the Edge of Extinction was really heartwarming and beautiful to hear. Anyway, now, it feels like a new game. The final six, fight to the finish, should be good. Also, Joe, you tried man, good job and keep the hair.

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 12
Wow! What a great episode of Survivor tonight! First off, good job taking out Ron—it was a great move. Also, Rick, nice work on attempting to convince them that you got the idol from the Edge of Extinction. Unfortunately for you, Lauren has an idol so she knows where they come from so she didn't buy it. Also, nice job again to Rick since HE FOUND ANOTHER IDOL! YAHOO! Rick is one of my faves this season, he is absolutely awesome, and I can't wait to see him continue his amazing work this season.

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 11
Wow! Fantastic Survivor tonight! So first off, nice job getting WarDog out, Ron. But, now Devens is pissed. So, Ron gives him an expired advantage. Well then, that earned favor but unfortunately, Rick won't get to use it but, nice move Ron. Then, the loved ones visit. Absolutely beautiful. It is always heartwarming to see the castaways reunite with their loved ones who they are playing for. It was just beautiful. Rick & his wife, Lauren & her dad, Victoria & her dad, Aurora & her brother, Ron & his husband, Julie & her husband, and Gavin & his new bride, as he revealed that they had to move the wedding to two days before he left since he got on

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 10
Wow! What an amazing episode of Survivor tonight! First off, nice to see them have a previously part again. That comes and goes this season for some reason. Also, great job to Ron and WarDog on blindsiding Wentworth, that was a great move. It will definitely change the game, so it should be fascinating. Also, it is that surprising Julie isn't mad at Ron, but I'm glad to see people not taking it too personally. Plus, he voted Kelley, not Julie, so he really didn't betray her. However, Lauren definitely didn't appreciate the move, wanting WarDog out immediately as a result. Then, WarDog made it worse by talking to Gavin like a dog, losing Gavin as well.

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 9
Wow! Yet another great episode of Survivor! First off, looks like Survivor isn't doing the "previously" part anymore, just right to the game. Alright, not bad. Anyway, good job getting Julia out. Although, David & Rick did waste the idol, it's ok, because it was so crazy, it was worth it. And now, the aftermath. Such as WarDog creating his new alliance of the Lesu 3 including him, Ron, Julie & Gavin and the six setting their first target, Aurora. You know, at first, WarDog seemed like some crazy dude, but I am liking him more and more each episode. He is getting a lot better at the game. And at the immunity challenge, the castaways had to hold up a pot over a fire using handles without dropping. Plus, there was an opportunity for pizza, beer, & root beer by not participating in the challenge. A few people such as Wentworth & Lauren (as well as Ron & Victoria). The others fought, but ultimately, Aurora (who knew she was on the outs) won it! Before Tribal Council, the six-person alliance agreed to vote David out since Aurora won immunity and David is a powerful player. David & Rick, knowing they were in trouble, tried to rally Aurora, Victoria, Ron & Julie to vote out WarDog. They seemed interested, but Ron was unsure. At Tribal Council, the argument began of the Lesu 3's power and how good David was. It was a battle for Ron & Julie's loyalty. Ultimately (to my disappointment), David was voted out and sent to the Edge of Extinction. Honestly, I truly hope he does what Rick did and wins his way back in the game. The next day, the castaways on Extinction Island all got bottles with clues to an advantage. While most of them thought they knew what it meant, they ended up empty handed. But, David got it right and found an advantage, which was an advantage to give to a player still in the game, as we soon find out, was Rick. At the next challenge, Rick gave Jeff his advantage, which revealed he got an advantage in the challenge. The challenge was that the castaways had to balance five balls on a disc and get them to stay in spots, one at a time. Rick only had to get four to win thanks to his buddy, David and it paid off as Rick Devens won individual immunity. Before Tribal Council, WarDog realized that the Aurora boot seemed too easy, so he decided that the best move would be to blindside his ally since day one, Kelley Wentworth. He spoke to everyone on the outs about it and they all agreed. He even spoke with Ron, who definitely considered it but didn't want to piss off Julie, who wanted Aurora out. Wentworth started to get worried though, considering playing her idol. Then, Aurora tried to gain some favor by handing Ron her extra vote, saying that she trusts him and he'll keep it if she gets voted out and they'll work together if Wentworth goes. So, Ron got the idea to still vote Aurora out and keep the advantage (Sarah did that to Sierra in Game Changers), or he could still make a big move and blindside Wentworth. At Tribal Council, Vata spoke about blindsides, as well as, how you know it's you if everything seems too comfortable. And apparently, SOMEONE should've listened to that and played their idol. But alas, they didn't, and Kelley Wentworth, the last returnee, was blindsided with an idol in her pocket. Looks like the newbies really wanted the returnees gone and succeeded... for now. So, looks like Kelley Wentworth is on the Edge of Extinction. Big move, nice job, WarDog. WarDog is now a strong contender to win this game. Overall, this has been a great episode of Survivor, and I can't wait to see what happens next week when WarDog faces backlash for his big move, he teams up with Ron & Devens as WarDog & Devens get targets on their backs with Ron playing either side. #Survivor #SurvivorEdgeofExtinction #WarDogGetsBetter #PleaseComeBackDavid #ReturneesBooted #FourReturneesOnTheEdgeOfExtinction #GreatSeason #MoreBlindsides #Blindside #WentworthHadTheIdol

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 8
Wow! This season just keeps getting better and better! So first off, nice job blindsiding Eric, it was a great move and now, it truly feels like an individual game rather than Kama VS Lesu. So, Ron and Julie now feel on the outs, but they have hope. Rick and David have separate ideals, but they still work as a duo and team up with Ron and Julie, and now they just need two more. But, there's a group to go against. Gavin and Julia still have control, along with the Lesu three, Aurora and Victoria, and they want to vote out David. So, who knows if that will play out or not.

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 7
Wow! What an amazing episode of Survivor! First off, wait, no previously? Wow, definite first time that, not for an episode that wasn't a premiere, that there wasn't a "Previously on Survivor." That is very interesting. Wasn't expecting that. Anyway, Joe got the boot and now he's on the "Edge of Extinction" making Aurora question her loyalties. Not to mention David and Rick Devens feeling screwed over by their former Lesu tribe mates. Though, now those tribe mates suddenly want to make a move with them. Good luck with that. And Joe tries to see the "Edge of Extinction" as part of his destiny on Survivor. At the reward challenge, the tribe is split into two teams of six and battle it out for Chinese takeout. While the blue team leads the battle of untying, diving to puzzle. Yellow gets a chance to catch up. But ultimately, Blue wins the reward so they feast while the yellow team wished for a chicken to hop into the fire so they can feast.

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 6
Wow! What a great episode of Survivor tonight! So, first off, good move getting Wendy out. Easy, simple. Then, the beginning of this episode. The tribes merged into one. Then, the survivors from the Edge of Extinction arrived, shocking everyone. The pre-merge boots all competed for a chance to get back in the game. Chris & Keith even earned advantages. Unfortunately for Chris, Keith used his advantage of giving an disadvantage against him. So, Chris had an advantage and a disadvantage. And while it seemed like a close fight for the six, it went down to Wendy, Rick & Chris with the other three fighting but failing. And while Wendy & Chris were close, they failed and Rick Devens re-entered the game and joined the merge tribe.

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 5
Wow! What an amazing DOUBLE episode of Survivor tonight! First off, while sad, good move getting rid of Rick. He definitely is a strong player that will definitely do well should he return from the Edge of Extinction. And it starts out with Rick toughing it out on the Edge of Extinction, knowing it sucks, but it'll be worth it. At the reward challenge, for PB&J (and for first place tons more), the tribes raced to get things to throw and land on a wall thing. (I'm bad at explaining some things, okay? Sorry.) Anyway, long story short: Kama and Manu win again, once again leaving Lesu with nothing but miserable feelings and a curse to constantly lose. At Kama, the tribe bonded over their win; however, Joe worked hard because he knew they would need him. Meanwhile, Ron was worried about the idea of taking out Joe, which Julie and Julia wanted, possibly considering throwing a challenge to take him out. At Manu, it was a decision of Aubry vs. Wendy who to vote out. Eric, Gavin, and Victoria then made a plan against Aubry, with Victoria even making a fake alliance with Aubry to have a women's alliance. Oh, and chickens kept interrupting the confessionals. One chicken was screaming during Eric's and one literally walked in on Aubry's confessional. And finally Lesu, the plan was to take out David, so David went searching for the idol, meanwhile Wardog considered taking out Lauren to Wentworth, which worried her since he reminded her of Tony Vlachos. So far, there's a returning player being targeted on each tribe: David, Joe, and Aubry. But it's Survivor, so anything can and will happen.

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 4
Wow! What a great episode of so far, an amazing season of Survivor! First off, it was a good choice by Manu to blindside Chris. That was a good decision and a great blindside to watch. And of course, Reem and Keith weren't very hospitable towards him when he joined them at the Edge of Extinction because, of course, they wouldn't. He helped vote them out. Meanwhile, at Manu, Wendy was still causing chaos, giving back the flint and telling David that she wasn't done yet. Then, the whole game was shaken up. The tribes were shaken from two tribes to three tribes, creating Lesu. However, in a surprise. Five original Kama members stayed at Kama, five original Manu members moved to Lesu, and four original Kama and one original Manu became the new Manu tribe. Leaving Wendy with four Kama. This is a very interesting swap and it'll be interesting to see how it goes. At Kama, the tribe bonded again over being a strong five. Then Joe, realizing he would be in trouble, tried to align with Ron, to which he lied and agreed. However, it turns out Ron only got Joe to the watering hole so Julia could look through his stuff to make sure Joe didn't have an idol, which means if Kama loses, Joe is a likely candidate for the Edge of Extinction. Meanwhile, at Lesu, Lauren started to get sick, realizing the adventure of Survivor is a lot more difficult than she expected. At Manu, Wendy gave the new Kama tribe a tour, spilled all of the secrets about her old tribe members, and really bonded with her new tribemates. But they also wanted to kill the chickens. So, that night, Wendy released the chickens so they could be safe. And at the Edge of Extinction, each of the three struggled. Keith even considered giving up. But, with the time they had a fish to catch, Chris, Keith, and Reem started to bond. Back at Manu, the original Kama members began to share the original Manu's frustrations with Wendy, wanting her out for freeing the chickens. They even told her that they would hunt and she begged them not to kill the chickens. A chicken's scream even interrupted Eric's confession, continuing to taunt him. At the immunity challenge, the tribes had a close battle, racing through a course in the rain, all the way to the puzzle. Then, in a close finish, the new Manu won immunity, sending Lesu to another tribal council, showing that even after a swap, those five are cursed to lose. Kelley even referred to them as the Cleveland Browns tribe, not able to do anything right. Before Tribal Council, it was an obvious split between the alliances of David and Rick vs. the alliance of Kelley Wentworth and Lauren, with WarDog in the middle and conflicted. On one end, Rick is a smart player who could play a great game in the merge, possibly getting some Kama to trust him. On the other end, Lauren is not eating, getting sick, which could cause her to get weaker and would just send Lesu to more tribal councils, making them have to boot even more members of their happy family. At Tribal Council, Rick opened in a news report type of way. Then Lesu talked about the difficulty of the vote, as well as the love and respect that they have for one another. Tears were even shed as the tribe had to get rid of someone that they cared out. And ultimately, WarDog made his decision and Rick Devens was voted out, and unbeknownst to the rest of the tribe, he went to the Edge of Extinction (which is awesome because I'm a Rick fan now). Overall, this has been a great episode of Survivor tonight and I can't wait to see what happens next week when WarDog wants Lauren out, Victoria wants to blindside Eric, and the Edge of Extinction keeps getting crazier and crazier.

'Survivor: Edge of Extinction' Episode 3
Wow! Another great episode of a so far fantastic season of Survivor. First off, while somewhat sad, it was a good move to get rid of Keith. Luckily, he chose the right choice to go to the Edge of Extinction with Reem. This then convinced Reem to stay to make sure that Keith is ok. After they had some time to catch up, they got a map to climb up to the top of their island only to find a little bit of rice, finding out that each day, they will have to go through that long strenuous hike for just a little bit of rice, thus showing that they will have to work hard if they want to stay. At the reward challenge, the tribes competed for comfort or chickens in a battle where they had to get through a small maze with a cart, fill it with bags, finish the maze, build a slingshot, and knock out the targets using the slingshot and the bags. While it was a close fight, Manu won their first challenge! However, it came at a cost. Wendy injured herself.
