Can ADHD Really Work In The Workplace?
Let’s face it, traditional societal norms can make neurodivergent people feel like total outsiders. From school, we are encouraged to fit our unique brains into standardised boxes, and this mentality has unfortunately continued into the workplace. For example, autism in the workplace has historically not been supported, meaning that autistic people have struggled to find and keep a job due to lack of understanding (National Autistic Society).

How does remote working encourage diversity & inclusion?
Like fellow flexible working advocates of the world, I believe remote working is the future. It opens up countless opportunities for international collaboration which in turn encourages diversity and inclusion across a lot of areas that as a world we continue to progress in learning more about.

The Remote Working Blueprint
Whilst some people swear they remote worked before it was cool, this is commonly new to a large portion of the world. Therefore, humanity are currently evolving this concept and creating the blueprint for this. With that in mind, we should remain conscious that if we aren’t careful about how this gets brought into the world, we will lose the opportunity to evolve working culture in the way it needs to be done. Business still needs to thrive but humans need to be, well, human!

Totally Addicted To Stress
It's no secret that addiction comes in so many forms, whether that’s alcohol, weed, body image, technology, money, sex, or food. The list goes on, but I was totally shocked by the idea that I could be hooked on my own stressful thinking.

Nature Saved Me From Myself
I must admit, I can understand why people dismiss mental health. To be honest, I was one of these people. Well until 2019, when I returned from my travels from Asia to London. For so many reasons, I felt the stress of this. Due for an operation, I was freaking out as I had never had surgery before. Not only that, but 3 days before I arrived back home, I had a motor vehicle accident that muddled my brain. To top it off, I was thrown right back into the chaos of London, which I have struggled with even in the calmest states of mind.
