Elizabeth Luka's 1st solo release "Why Won't You"
Elizabeth Luka is a 17 year old singer from Riga, Latvia. Her love for music, dance and stage began in early childhood, growing up in a musical family. She developed her stage experience by participating in various young vocalist competitions. Elizabeth has a passion for exploring different styles of music. Through her studies at Riga Dome Choir School and by attending vocal studios she has developed her skills in choir, classical and pop singing. At the age of 10 she released her first local album "KÄ Puġe Aug" and began touring Latvia with well-known stage artists. To combine her love of music and dance (she has graduated the dance school "Dzirnas") the focus of Elizabeth's studies is musicals and she also takes part in a gospel choir. As Luka says, "Music is my whole life - it's a way for me to express my emotions - to hurt, heal, bring joy, love and feel." Elizabeth's new single "Why Won't You" was written and produced by her good friend and classmate Patrick Tabaks. This song is a story about the affairs of the world and the heart that has affected Elizabeth both physically and emotionally. (bio)

Does It Make You Feel Better ?
Inspired by recent experiences Joshua Turchin had with former friends who were bullying him, Does it Make You Feel Better explores why bullies feel the need to put people down in order to make themselves feel better. Through writing this song, Joshua learned that the root of bullying stems from the bullyâs own insecurities. âAs someone who constantly endeavors to lift up and provide opportunities for others, it just didnât make sense to me why I was being targeted. I hope those who bully others look inside and think about why they needed to put someone down to make themselves feel stronger.â Does it Make You Feel Better is co-written with the incomparable Victoria Shaw, known for writing such songs as The River with Garth Brooks and John Michael Montgomeryâs I Love the Way You Love Me among others. Recorded at M & I Recording Studios in NYC, Shaw also co-produced the song with Rocco Fiorentino.

According to his bio, TAIN first came on the music scene as a hip-hop artist in 2007. While living in Virginia, he began exploring his talents with music and wordplay. He joined a group called The Rich City Screw and performed in places all throughout Richmond. âI remember the first show I did with them was at a restaurant and all the people there loved it,â he said. âafter that I knew it was my calling. Shortly after that I did an underground song called âpull up to the club.â I knew the song was dope, but I didnât realize how much people liked it until I did a small show with about 50-to-60 people and they all knew the words.
