Just today I was scrolling through my phone, and my phone died. That's when I started to notice that now I don't even check the battery, and then I decided to do some research on how to stop infinite scrolling on Instagram and mobile devices, and how to be more productive. It was a revelation. My habitual endless scrolling was consuming a significant chunk of my time and, more importantly, my attention. The constant bombardment of images, videos, and posts had become a regular part of my daily routine, almost like an automatic reflex whenever I had a spare moment.
