“Steve, you’re needed out front right away! That client of yours is losing his mind on Bill again.” I’ve had this request before. It seems it comes with more regularity lately. A client, usually one of my clients living with mental illness, has been triggered by a coworker who’s is either heavy handedly dealing with the client’s needs; or, they represent a triggering person in the client’s life.
