The Broken Talavera
In the evenings the Don walked the fields and searched the soil with his eyes in the fading light. It was his custom to salute his men and bid them goodnight before retiring for the day. But in recent years he retreated to his study before dawn, and his workers which had grown accustomed to his greeting felt his absence. Despite his age, he was a man known for his vitality. But that night the glimmer of light caught her eye.

The Full Monty

The Enlightened Man's Last Regret
When Siddhartha was a small child, he enjoyed playing in the courtyard, he explored the recesses of the weather worn brick that made up the walls of his father’s palace. He listened intently to faint echoes of whispers spoken long ago in the ancient well at the courtyard’s center. And he enjoyed watching the wind make the courtyard’s plants dance together and sway their boughs and leaves in unison.
