Mellowing the Melancholic Within
When most of us think of New Year's resolutions, we usually conjure up images of sleekly toned legs pounding away on a treadmill or plates of verdant leafy greens and berry smoothies. Or perhaps committing to a budget or saving money for a house come to mind. But what about aspirations of better mental health? While that is certainly not as sexy (nor as photogenic) as a pair of muscled thighs, the quest for mental wellness is often an unseen, yet lifelong struggle for many of us.
