A Spooky Story
Late last summer, I was over at my best friend's house out in the middle of nowhere. This location is in the middle of farm fields and nothing as far as the eye can see, except for corn crop fields nearby. My family and I were visiting because we were planning our wedding in November 2020. My best friend was helping me plan out the wedding. She was also supposed to be my maid of honor, which did not end up working out in the end. So late that night, while we were planning the wedding, we decided to take a quote-on-quote, "Spooky," break by playing with the app called "Randonautica."

Lessons Learned about my Mental Health
Living with mental illness I have learned many things about how to overcome the deepest darkest parts of Schizoaffective disorder amidst other illness. I am officially diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder, but my psychiatrist and therapist have told me I also have concurrent disorders. Essentially, this means I have other mental illness that exist amidst my main diagnoses. I would like to start off by saying, this post is going to be about the top 10 most important things I have learned about living with severe mental illness and how to overcome it. Without further a due, let's start with the most important lesson I have learned.

A Day in a Life of Someone Living with Schizoaffective Disorder
I am about to explain my day to day life with schizoaffective disorder. Honestly, my life is no different than anyone else other then when I am not doing well (meaning I am off my medicine or I have a new chemical imbalance in my brain from a stressful life change)
