The Taj Mahal was charged in 1632 by the Mughal Sovereign Shah Jahan in memory of his darling spouse, Mumtaz Mahal, who unfortunately died during labor. The ruler, profoundly anguish stricken, tried to deify her magnificence and their adoration through this compositional magnum opus. More than 20,000 craftsmans, bricklayers, and specialists from across India, Persia, and Focal Asia were associated with its development, which took north of 20 years to finish.
