Canadian MP Steps Down Amid Chinese Interference Claims

A canadian politician has stepped down amid allegations of interference by the chinese government. Senator Chong currently serves as a foreign affairs commentator for the official opposition. From February to November 2006, Mr. Zhuang served as the Chairman of the Queen's Privy Council of Canada, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of Sports. He is a member of the Canadian NATO Parliamentary Association (CANA), the Canada-China Legislative Association (CACN), and the Canadian-American Parliamentary Union (CEUS)[3].
