Will DC's 'Legends of Tomorrow' Suffer Without an Evil Rip Hunter?
(WARNING: The following post contains spoilers from DC's Legends of Tomorrow Season 2.) An evil #RipHunter is arguably the best thing to happen to #LegendsofTomorrow. Compared to the standoffish, self-centered rogue leader in Season 1, the new, broodingly cold-hearted Rip in Season 2 has been a breath of fresh air.

Love, Italian Style: How Did 'The Young Pope' Get Made Without Setting Foot Inside the Vatican?
#HBO's exciting new drama The Young Pope is a visual feast. Not only is #JudeLaw a joy to watch as Pope Pius XIII — the flamboyant and controversial first American Pontiff — but the visually stunning and oh-so-detailed recreation of Vatican City is also one of the show's highlights. As movie and TV filming is strictly forbidden at the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church, the fact that the 10-episode series can be convincingly made without having to film in or around the Vatican is an impressive feat in itself.

3 Asian Films That Would Benefit from a Hollywood Reboot More than 'Train To Busan'
From John Sturges's The Magnificent Seven to Martin Scorsese's The Departed and this year's Rings, Hollywood has been remaking Asian movies throughout cinematic history. Some are good (The Departed, The Lake House), while others are downright bad (Last Man Standing, The Grudge). With varying success, we've seen some of Asia's greatest movies remade for a global audience, and the latest film to be eyed for an American remake is #TraintoBusan.

5 Things to Like About 'The Great Wall', Even Though Great It Ain't
(Be duly informed that there are minor spoilers of The Great Wall ahead.) Much was expected from #ZhangYimou's latest film, The Great Wall, which stars Hollywood star #MattDamon (The Martian) and Hong Kong A-lister #AndyLau (Infernal Affairs). Not only it is the Raise the Red Lantern helmer's first English-language film, it is also the biggest and most expensive film ever made in China, with a hefty budget of US$135 million.

David Beckham's Toned, Inked Body Stars in an Ad Again, This Time for a Good Cause
The first time we saw David Beckham showing off his well-toned and inked body in a commercial was in a H&M Spring 2013 ad, directed by famed British film director and good friend Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes, RollnRolla). In it, we see the soccer superstar running through Beverly Hills, clad only in his underwear after being locked out of his LA home.

'Hairspray Live!': Hits and Misses
Since 2013's The Sound Of Music Live!, musical fans have been looking forward to seeing more live musicals made for TV on, er, TV. OK, Peter Pan and The Wiz didn't exactly set any hearts on fire, but Grease was quite fun. And this week, Hairspray Live! came upon us. It was not flawless, but it did not disappoint either.

6 Adorable Reasons to Fall in Love with Disney's 'Moana'
(WARNING: This post contains spoilers for Moana. You've been warned) Being a long-time Disney fan, it is really nice to see in recent years that the House of Mouse has given us heroines who are self-empowering, highly skilled, and most important of all, independent of a life-saving, kiss-providing prince. From fiery redhead archer Merida in Brave to Frozen's ground-breaking princesses Elsa and Anna, strong-willed, inspiring and endearing #Disney Princesses are aplenty as of late, and the titular character of Disney's latest animation film, Moana, is the latest to join their ranks.

Glenn Rhee's Top 5 Lines from 'The Walking Dead'
With the Tara episode (#TWD S7E6) , we are almost at the tail-end of the first half of The Walking Dead Season 7. Since the harrowing and heart-breaking premiere, we have seen Carol and Morgan feeling perplexed with King Ezekiel in The Kingdom; Daryl suffering at the hands of the Saviors at the Sanctuary; and Maggie, Sasha and Enid beginning an uncertain life at the Hilltop. As for the people in Alexandria, life has to be at an all-time low so much so that we do not get to see much of any action there after six episodes (barring that extended instalment when Negan came a-visiting.)

'The Fall' of a Serial Killer: Can the Series Survive Without Jamie Dornan?
[Warning! Spoilers galore ahead for #TheFall Season3 ] After binge-watching all six episodes of The Fall Season 3, I'm glad to say that, despite some shortcomings, the suspenseful psychological crime series which tells of a female detective superintendent hunting down a serial killer in Belfast, Northern Ireland wrapped up pretty well. Granted that the over-the-top violence in the finale episode was not pretty to look at, the acclaimed BBC Two series did provide the eagerly-awaited fall - pardon the pun - of the show's protagonist.

'Game of Thrones' Season 8: Why Jon Snow May Use Greatsword Dawn to Slay the Night King
From "Battle of the Bastards" to the "Loot Train Attack," Game of Thrones has never failed to up their ante when providing viewers with arguably the finest medieval battle scenes ever seen on television. And one of the key events in the HBO fantasy series' eighth and final season will be without question The Great War, the long-anticipated all-out war between the living and the dead. As seen in Season 7's finale, the 8-millenia-old Wall came tumbling down no thanks to The Night King and his newly reanimated, blue fire-breathing dragon (RIP Viserion), allowing his legions of White Walkers and army of the dead to enter Westeros.
