Go Beyond What They Teach at School and Universities
It has been ingrained into you since you were young to go to school, study hard, get a degree, work, have family, retire and then die. You know all the elders around you kept telling you to follow this cycle, and you live a happy and wonderful life. But, what you don’t know is that 97% of American workers suffer from anxiety from work, leading to depression, which ultimately leads to lower quality of life. How can they say following this cycle will make YOU happy or are they trying to say following the cycle will make THEM happy? Do you want to get a degree, work, have a family, and retire? If you fine by that, that is great, but I know deep down others and I have had the inkling that there is more to us than just following the cycle. But, let me make one thing clear anyone can break out of the cycle and try something new that you love. You see it all the time on shows like MasterChef, Shark Tank, and shows alike.

Biorhythms Meditation Can Change Your Life
When I was four, I could not talk like the other kids; all I did was make sounds and point at things I wanted. My parents knew, having had my sister, that this is not normal behaviour for a four-year-old kid. No parents want to have the test done on the own child, but my parents family friends said that I needed to get tested as I was not reaching the milestones that a four-year-old should be. That faithful day my parents took me to get tested. The psychologist told my parents that I had dyspraxia and autism. Dyspraxia a brain-based disorder that affects fine and gross motor skills, coordination, and motor planning. Autism a developmental disorder that impairs the ability to communicate and interact. Now lots of things are known about both conditions, but back in 2002, there was not much. The uphill battle was now beginning on fighting my way to try to do what I love, which was science. Fighting my way to go into mainstream school and trying to be at the top of the class was hard work.

Living in the dark ages of medicine would be the worst thing. As a scientist myself, there are so many horrid stories about how people conducted experiments or did diagnostic of patients—there this one story I want to tell you about and how I came to know about it. I went to the University of Western Australia. My University had a professor receive the Nobel Prize Award in Medicine and Physiology. I thought it was cool to go to the same University as this professor who won the Nobel Prize as that is my lifelong dream. In the library, I studied it is named BJ library (I know what all of you are thinking), but I was studying and ready leave. I saw this man talking to a group of people, and then they left him after a while, and I thought that it was strange. So I wondered who this man is, right? I go up to him and get a better look at him; this well-aged man with grey hair still has some colour in and cool blue eyes. I knew that there was something special about him but cannot put my finger on it.
