What I Learned After Spending a Whole Day Without My Phone

We live in a world where our phones feel glued to our hands. Whether it’s TikTok, Instagram, messages, or music, we don’t even notice how much of our lives we spend staring at a screen. I’m 16, and like most people my age, I’m always connected — always checking something. So one Saturday, I decided to do something different: I put my phone away for the entire day. No notifications.
