Mental health
Hi, I’m back again, previously, I’ve shared my life with CP and the battles I’ve faced in my life because of it. I’ve overcome many obstacles in my life however, one I still battle daily is mental health. I suffer from anxiety and depression. People don’t understand how difficult it is to get out of bed everyday sometimes, it’s insane how somedays, you don’t even wanna open your eyes. If you feel alone, sad, depressed as you read this, you’re definitely not alone. I’ll give you some tips that I do, that help me, just so you know, I’m no professional but these are things that help me cope on those really rough days. If I can help one person with this piece of writing, I’ve done something right.

WWE Hell in a Cell Review!
48 hours ago, WWE presented the event, Hell in a Cell, from the state of California. Competition is always healthy and, in pro wrestling, I find competition to be motivating for both wrestlers and promoters alike.

My Life with Cerebral Palsy!
My name is Louis. I hope that as you read this article you find some form of inspiration from it. Let me get to the basics, I’m a 33-year-old musician and television producer who recently began a YouTube channel with my best friend based on gaming. When I was born, it didn’t seem likely that I would have done any of the above mentioned; in fact, college didn’t even seem likely in the eyes of many (especially during my early high school years)
